Ragusa Ibla
Ragusa is a city with two souls. One part is modern, as in so many other major cities, and the other part is Ragusa Ibla. This village is located high up on a mountain, in all its baroque splendor and one cannot avoid being «star strucked» by the beautiful buildings and the city’s unique views over the valley.
Ragusa Ibla may seem a little abandoned, but in a charming way. Many of the big houses are left empty here today, but Ragusa Ibla still attracts visitors from all over the world. And even if the colors of the houses are worn after the tooth of time, this contributes to the fact that everything just becomes even more beautiful in our eyes. Here it smells of history.

The buildings here are so large and impressive, this rustic city is really a place to experience. It is quiet and slow in the daytime, but when the evening comes, it wakes up to life. Then the restaurants and the square are filled with people, and here we got the very best experience of sitting on the church stairs, drinking wine and watching the sunset over Ragusa Ibla while the DJ played for the stars. The contrasts could not have been greater.
